China’s Shanghai Sinopec Mitsui Chemicals (SSMC) has restarted its 120,000 tonne/year BPA plant in Shanghai Chemicals Industrial Park on Monday and is currently operating at 60-70% of our capacity. 上海三井于昨日重启了其位于上海化学工业区的年产12万的双酚A装置，目前开工率为60-70%。
