The six biggest baby-bottle makers in the USA - Avent, Disney First Years, Dr Brown, Evenflow, Gerber and Playtex Products - have pledged to stop using the plasticizer bisphenol A (BPA) in their products. Some studies have linked BPA to health risks in babies, prompting attorneys general from three states to call on the companies to drop BPA containing bottles.
