Saudi Polyolefins Co has achieved 80-85% operating rate at its PP and PDH plants at Al Jubail after restarting them at the end of last week. The 400,000 tonne/year PP and PDH plants were shut down in December for maintenance. The PP plant secures propylene feedstock from the PDH plant.
