Japan’s Nippon Oil restarts IPA plant after turnaround

Nippon Oil Corp , Japan’s largest IPA producer, restarted its 85,000 tonne/year plant in Kawasaki on 28 October after a short turnaround and was running at 70-75% of its capacity.But in November it will be increased to 80%. 新日本石油于10月28日重启了川崎年产8万5的异丙醇装置，开工率较低，为70-75%，11月份将提高到80%。
