South Korea’s Aekyung Petrochemical restarted its 180,000 tonne/year phthalic anhydride (PA) plant and downstream 350,000 tonne/year dioctyl phthalate (DOP) unit on 25 October as scheduled.The two plants at Ulsan were shut for a turnaround from 17 October.
