BR producer Thai Synthetic Rubbers Co Ltd has extended the shutdown of its 72,000 tonne/year BR plant by another week due to weak market conditions.So the BR plant at Rayong province, Thailand, will restart next week instead of this week as originally scheduled. It was shut down at the end of January for a three-week turnaround.
