Japan's Nissan Chemicals plans to restart its 50,000 tonne/year melamine plant in Fuchu, Toyama prefecture, on 4 August after a 35-day maintenance shutdown and plan to operate at 70-80% of its nameplate capacity. 日产化工将于8月4号重启其府中年产5万的三聚氰胺装置，开工率预计为70-80%
