Shell Chemicals is on track to start up its new 800,000 tonne/year naphtha cracker in the petrochemical hub of Jurong Island, Singapore, in the first quarter of next year. SHELL计划明年第一季度启动其新加坡裕廊化工岛年产80万的新石脑油装置。
