China’s Huaxiang Chlor-alkali Chemical has further delayed the start-up of its new 30,000 tonne/year ECH plant in Liaocheng, Shandong province.The exact date is not finalised. 华翔将进一步延长其山东聊城年产3万的ECH装置的开工期，具体日期还未确定。
