Formosa Plastics Corp (FPC) plans to shut its 100,000 tonne/year epichlorohydrin (ECH) unit in Mailiao, Taiwan in the first half of September and the plant would be off line for 10-15 days, in line with the shutdown at its upstream chlorine unit. The ECH plant is currently running at full rates to build up inventory. FPC计划于九月的上半月停车其台湾麦寮年产10万的ECH装置，此次停车预计持续10-15天。目前该装置正在满负荷运转。
