China’s Huaxiang Chlor-Alkali Chemical started test runs at its new 30,000 tonne/year ECH plant at Liaocheng in Shandong province on Tuesday.On-spec production is expected from mid-September if the test run goes well. The company had earlier postponed the start-up from June to August due to weak market conditions. 山东莘县华祥氯碱化工3万吨/年ECH装置计划9月5日左右投料试车，若开车顺利，9月中旬可产出产品。
