Taiwan’s Formosa Plastics to restart ECH plant on 23 September

Formosa Plastics Corp (FPC) plans to restart its 100,000 tonne/year epichlorohydrin (ECH) unit at Mailiao, Taiwan, on 23 September.The plant was taken off line on 9 September, in line with a shutdown at its upstream chlorine unit.
