Zhongyuan Petrochemical plans to start up its new 60,000 tonne/year propylene plant in Puyang, Henan, on 3 November. Its construction started in October last year and took one year to complete. 中原石化计划11月3号启动其河南濮阳年产6万的丙烯装置。该装置是由去年10月开始建造的，历时一年完工。
